North American orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after shipment. International orders generally arrive within 7–10 business days.

As many of our pieces are made-to-order, please allow 5–14 business days for production prior to shipping.

We accept returns on unworn swimwear and clothing in new condition, with all original tags and liners intact, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

At this time, we do not offer store credit. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that all swimwear be tried on over underwear.

Please note that online orders cannot be returned in-store.

Canada

All Canadian orders are shipped with duties and taxes included. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside of Canada, your package may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

While we ensure all required documentation is accurately provided, AVELE is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges incurred during the import process.
