Studio Avele currently ships within North America.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our FAQ and Returns information for full details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
We may accept returns for eligible items provided:
- Items are unworn and unwashed
- Original tags remain attached
- Hygienic liners remain fully intact
- Return requests are submitted within the applicable return window
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Refunds for faulty or defective items are handled in accordance with our return policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact support@studioavele.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
