Shipping
All North American orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after shipping. International is 7-10 business days.
As many of our pieces are made-to-order, please allow 5–14 business days for production prior to shipping.
Shipping rates:
- Canada - Standard - $15.00
- Canada - Express - $20.00
- USA - Standard - $18.00
- USA - Express - $22.00
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number available to track your order.

Returns & Exchange
Return/Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original condition, unworn, with all tags and liners intact
Sale Items
- Items discounted 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange
Additional Notes
- Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned
- Online orders cannot be returned in-store
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If returned items do not meet the above conditions, AVELE reserves the right to decline the return and send the item(s) back to you. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that all swimwear be tried on over underwear.
AVELE does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Customs & Taxes
Orders are currently shipped from Canada.
Canada
All Canadian orders are shipped with duties and taxes included. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside of Canada, your package may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
While we ensure all required documentation is accurately provided, AVELE is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges incurred during the import process.
USA Customers:
Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, all orders (regardless of value) may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival.
These charges are determined by U.S. customs and are not controlled by AVELE. While some orders may still clear without additional fees, this is not guaranteed.
Ordering
We’ll always do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, though this cannot be guaranteed. As orders are processed promptly, the window to cancel is limited.

If an item is missing from your order, it may have been removed prior to shipment due to being out of stock. If this occurs, you will be notified by email.
If you have not received any communication and believe an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible with the following details:
- Order number
- Missing item(s)
